It estimates your untapped monthly revenue from two sources you tell it about: the order value of website visitors who do not currently convert, and the cover value lost to no-shows today. It uses the current rates you enter, so the result is an estimate specific to your numbers.

No. It shows the revenue currently on the table given your own inputs. It does not claim Aedan Rose captures any specific share of it. Actual results depend on your menu, traffic, pricing, and guests, and are not guaranteed.

Your monthly website visitors, your average order value, your monthly reservations, your current online-order conversion rate, and your current no-show rate. The last two are your figures — replace the neutral placeholders with your own.

Unconverted-visitor exposure = visitors x (1 - your conversion rate) x average order value. No-show exposure = reservations x your no-show rate x average order value. The two summed is your estimated monthly revenue exposure. Adding them assumes the two groups are separate people; if guests who book a table are also counted in your website visitors, the total will overlap and read high. It also values a no-showed reservation at one average order, not at a whole party's spend. For context, the Full House plan is $299/month; recovering even a small fraction of the exposure would cover it.
