How the AI uses the menu
Fuzzy menu matching: guests don't use your exact item names. The agent maps "burger" to "Aedan Burger Deluxe" without making the guest pick from a dropdown.
Modifier and allergen handling: "gluten-free pizza, no anchovies, extra basil" lands on the ticket correctly.
Off-menu graceful handling: if a guest asks for something you don't sell, the AI suggests the closest match instead of pretending.
Updating the menu
Edit in the operator dashboard, hit save, the AI uses the new menu immediately. No retraining, no waiting period.
Versioning: menu versions per plan tier (5 on Free up to 440 on Enterprise) so you can roll back changes.
