What plan tier includes the feedback inbox?
Enterprise only. Lower tiers can still receive feedback through the standard conversation log, but the dedicated inbox, NPS roll-up, and response tracking are Enterprise features.
Can guests submit feedback anonymously?
Yes. The submit-feedback endpoint accepts anonymous submissions for walk-in guests, drive-by web visitors, and anyone who doesn't want to log in.
Does this replace Yelp / Google reviews?
No. Yelp and Google are public review platforms — they're still important for SEO and discovery. Aedan Rose feedback is private operational feedback that helps you fix things, not public marketing.
Can I tie feedback to a specific server or table?
Feedback can be linked to a session, which can be tied to a reservation, which can be tied to the assigned table and (if you record server assignments) the server. The data model supports it.
How often should I ask for feedback?
Most operators get the highest signal asking within 24 hours of service. The agent will follow up at a configurable cadence — you set the policy.
