You can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. Here's what happens:

Immediate Effects:

You'll keep full access until the end of your billing period
No refunds for partial months (you paid for the time)
New reservations will stop being accepted after expiration

Your Data:

We'll keep your data for 90 days in case you return
Export all your data anytime (CSV/JSON)
After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per GDPR

Reactivation:

Reactivate within 90 days to restore everything
All settings, customers, and history preserved
One-click reactivation from your account
