Do you charge per cover?
No. There are no per-cover or per-reservation commissions. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription with conversation quotas (Free, Starter, Professional, Growth, Business, Enterprise).
Can it handle complex requests like dietary restrictions?
Yes. The agent understands allergens, dietary preferences, special-occasion notes, and high-chair / wheelchair-access requests and writes them to the booking so the kitchen and host see them at service.
What channels does it support?
Embed via widget on any website, plus your own web pages, and the operator dashboard. Voice/phone and SMS are not yet supported — we will not claim it until they ship.
Does it work for large parties?
Yes. Define your max party size and any deposit rules per section. The agent will collect a deposit (via Stripe Connect, your own account) before confirming a large-party booking if you set that policy.
