Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment method at all. You get 25 conversations per month with full access to our 5-agent AI system. Only when you're ready to upgrade will we ask for payment details.
What's the difference between plans?
All plans include our full 5-agent AI system (Aedan Rose, Raguel, Remiel, Michael, Raphael), real-time analytics, team management, and 100+ language support. Plans differ in conversation limits, employee accounts, email capacity, and the AI model powering your conversations. Higher plans get more powerful AI models for better response quality.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference. Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing cycle so you don't lose any days of service you've already paid for. No penalties, no phone calls required.
What happens when I exceed my limits?
We'll send you a notification when you hit 80% of your conversation or email limit. You can then upgrade your plan or purchase add-on capacity instantly. Extra conversations are $8 per 100, extra emails are $5 per 100, and extra employees are $5 per employee/month. We never cut off your service mid-month — you'll always have the option to add more before hitting the limit.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What you see is what you pay. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no hidden charges, no fine print. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. The price listed on this page is exactly what you'll be billed.
How does the free plan work?
The Free plan gives you 25 AI conversations per month, 3 employee accounts, and 280 emails — completely free, forever. No credit card required. No trial period. It's a full plan with access to our 5-agent AI system, analytics dashboard, and team management features. Upgrade only when your restaurant needs more capacity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via ACH bank transfer. All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant. Aedan Rose never sees or stores your credit card number.
Is there an annual discount?
Currently all plans are billed monthly with no annual commitment required. We believe in earning your business every month. Annual billing with a discount is coming soon — contact us if you'd like early access to annual pricing.
