TL;DR
Yes. Aedan Rose takes restaurant orders in plain conversation — guests type what they want, the AI matches it against your menu (including modifiers, allergens, special requests), totals it, takes payment via Stripe Connect direct to your account, and routes the order to your team. Aedan Rose takes zero commission and zero per-order cut — you keep 100% of every order after standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢).
How conversational ordering works
Guest: "I'll have the margherita, can it be gluten-free, and two house reds."
Aedan Rose looks up "margherita" against your menu — handles fuzzy matches — confirms the gluten-free modifier is available, totals it, asks about delivery vs pickup, takes payment.
The order surfaces in your operator dashboard and as push to the operator mobile app immediately. Stripe payout to your account.
What about Toast / Square / Clover?
There is no direct POS integration today. Orders surface in the Aedan Rose dashboard and via mobile push — your team manually enters them at the POS if you need them there.
We will not claim a Toast/Square integration we haven't shipped. If POS sync is mandatory for you, this might not yet be the right fit.
What about delivery?
Aedan Rose handles order intake, payment, and your kitchen ticket. Delivery dispatch is not built in — most operators pair direct AI ordering with their existing delivery solution (or run pickup-only at first).
