Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Aedan Rose account and all associated data at any time. Use the in-app option for the fastest result, or email us if you prefer.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)

The fastest way. Account deletion is instant and irreversible.

Open the Aedan Rose app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap More → Profile (or Settings → Profile).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account Permanently.
Confirm the deletion. Your account and all data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Submit a deletion request

If you can't access the app, submit a request here. We'll email you a verification link (to confirm you control the email address), then our team reviews the request within 3–5 business days before deleting your account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

Your user profile, login credentials, and contact information
All restaurants you own, including their settings and configuration
All employee records, schedules, shifts, and trade requests
Orders, reservations, and VIP bookings
Menu data, uploaded documents, and AI training data
Customer conversations and chat history
Analytics data, performance reports, and dashboards
Notification history and push device tokens

Data retention: Certain records may be retained in our financial systems or security logs as required by law (typically up to 7 years for tax and fraud-prevention records). These records are anonymized and are not linked back to you as an individual. We never share deleted data with third parties.

Active subscription? If you have a paid Aedan Rose subscription, your billing is handled separately by Stripe on the web platform at aedanrose.ai/admin. Cancel your subscription there before deleting your account to stop future charges.
