Full House ($299/mo) adds the full team suite with unlimited team members, inventory and recipes, online table reservations at $0 per cover, floor plan and table management, and Google presence, web-traffic and peak-time intelligence. Manager ($949/mo) includes the Aedan Rose Copilot — the AI operations manager that runs scheduling, menus, pricing, and campaigns from chat, acts in connected tools like Slack, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Wix, Squarespace and GitHub, triggers Zapier workflows through signed webhooks, and offers an opt-in autonomous mode that always confirms money, staff, bulk-send and destructive actions — plus competitor intelligence and a dedicated account manager.

When you cross 80% of your conversation or email limit we let you know — by email to your account address, and by a push notification to staff who have the mobile app. That notice comes from a once-daily check rather than the moment you cross the line, so treat 80% as a heads-up rather than a safety net: a large campaign sent in one go can take you from 80% to your limit before the notice reaches you. You can add capacity without changing plans — extra conversations are $8 per 100, and email packs are 10,000 for $25, 50,000 for $99, or 150,000 for $249. Note that these are recurring monthly charges, not one-time top-ups: they renew with your subscription until you remove them from the Active Add-Ons list on your billing page. We never cut off your service mid-month.

No. What you see is what you pay on your subscription — no setup fees, no onboarding fees, no hidden charges, no fine print, month-to-month, no long-term contracts. To be fully transparent about online orders: a 3% AI service fee is added at checkout and paid by the customer, not you — so you keep 100% of your menu prices. And like any business that takes cards, your payment processor Stripe charges its standard card-processing fee of about 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction on every credit-card charge (that's Stripe's industry-standard fee, not ours). We'd rather tell you everything upfront than surprise you.
